"I picked up my prescription that I have had for years and paid out of pocket for for anxiety. It is specifically notated on my chart that I am to get the white pills only. And they are to order them for me specifically. Upon pickup my medication was yellow instead of white subpar and quite frankly useless. I worry if this new vendor CVS is using trying to save money is doing the same with life saving medication for diabetics, heart disease, and a slew of other medications that people take that are now worthless due to the new vendor CVS is using trying to save a dollar. I am now broken out in hives from head to toe due to the die in the yellow worthless anxiety medication so off I go to get an EpiPen injection. Thank you CVS for providing worthless medication"

"I spent some time on your web site and the phone talking to customer service to help me 1. get a new card to replace a lost one, 2. I wanted to register my coupons on the care card the first young lady was helpful, but I was having difficulty understanding her. She kindly offered to transfer me to another agent - Karen - who was able to walk me through the process, and when finished she transferred me to another agent to make sure my phone number was successfully added to my accounts. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received both on the phone and in your store today. I was not able to use my coupons, but that was due to my not having my card linked to my account. It is now linked due to the excellent customer service referenced above."

"Took my sister to grab some anti biotic and I personally didn’t want to go inside. Waited in my car for 30 minutes just for to pick up her stuff. Then while im waiting in the heat just wanting to go home, an employee comes out and is staring me down and making me feel uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place at all especially if you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to waste"

"I would shop here more if they didn't make you feel like you had to have one of their product discount cards to get any good deals. I just want to be able to come in get their best price and leave. I don't want to have to keep up with a card just so they can track my purchases. I now just visit Walgreens just up the street."
