They allowed me to describe, over the phone, the problem I was having with my mower, and then very patiently provided me with detailed troubleshooting steps along with step by step instructions on how to fix the problem. In the end, I would more than highly recommend them for both purchasing new equipment and servicing existing equipment when needed. "Don't rent the 10" Auger. I rented the Auger for a project and my husband and father who were building a porch were not able to use it due to the fact the throttle was stuck and they both agreed it wasn't safe to use. I explained this when I returned it and the guy just acted like I was dumb and then never said another word. Pretty lousy customer service if you ask me."
