"Great workers, but high fees to prepare your taxes. They offer an identity protection program, Peace Of Mind [that you are getting the highest refund possible], an Emerald Card to load the refund to [a portion of it at first, then the rest when the return is processed], Refund Advance [a loan based certain requirements] and there's also a bank account option online/in app. If anything is owed to the federal or state, they will print out the letter for you, give you the information of amount and direction to pay the department owed. Very helpful services, though at a price most people will struggle with, especially in today's economy."
