H&R Block

"We did our 2020 Taxes with them. Tree years later we still didn't receive them. The most frustrating thing is we try to get back to the Agent ( witch was a manager too) 5 times calling on the phone and 4 times via email. They keep ignoring us completely. This is really not appreciated. We do not want to blame anybody, but at least be some kind of responsible to figure out what happened with the files we sendet in. The star we gave them is because of having the opportunity to write this Feedback. The office visit payment ( around $75) we payed can be seen as a trow out money on the street. Bad experience,....."

"I'm going to H&R Block for 30 plus years most of those years were in Chesterton Indiana but there wasn't anybody there that I knew so I came to Valparaiso on Calumet Avenue and I have one of the worst experiences I've ever had the prepare I had was distracted didn't seem like she wanted to be there didn't try to get me every dollar charge 200 bucks for somebody that's incompetent"

"Every year my husband & I come to H&R Block to get our takes done. Normally we have the same person, but due to moving about half way across the US we needed to go to a different H&R Block. The woman who did our taxes was a Elderly woman in her 80's. I can't even tell you how many times she messed up or we caught something wrong that she had typed in. My husband & I feel as though our taxes may be incorrect. I mean we are also due child tax credit for our 4 children. We only received the 1st 2 payments & then nothing after that. She told us we wont be receiving it.... Idk i think they need to let her go to full retirement & not work. We would definitely recommend that nobody go to the H&R Block on Calumet Ave in Valparaiso, IN to do your taxes. And if you still due then don't say nobody warned you. Just don't due your taxes with Mary Ann!!"

She answered all of my questions even what seemed to be the simplest and silliest. She was very professional and helped me understand everything along the way."
