"Made an appointment online to see Beverly sams and when I came in today 2/18/23 at 2:00 no one was at the front desk and when someone came out to have me sign in the tax preparer was rude and when she asked me who I was seeing today she scoffed and said that “Beverly sams doesn’t work here.” Then she says “maybe she will walk through the door” that was very unprofessional and just not customer service friendly. Wasted time coming in and not being seen."

I continued to go because I had what I thought was a good relationship with my text preparer. unfortunately my 2018 taxes were messed up. she promised me she would handle it. still to summer of 2022 she continues to promise me she's handling it. but is now ignoring my phone calls. After speaking with others about my situation finding out they've had similar problems with this person I may have to look into other options for this situation.
