"I would never recommend this location to anyone. My husband and I filed our taxes jointly at this location this year and our tax preparer Vicki ended up only adding my husband's W2's and failed to add mine so they had to do an ammendment. Even though we paid $70 for their "peace of mind" (which you shouldn't have to pay $70 for them to fix their own mistakes) we're now responsible for trying to decipher and mail in the ammendment and we now owe money to the IRS that we will supposedly be reimbursed since it was their mistake but we'll see. We thought that paying a "professional" company would be the best route to go but clearly we should have just done them ourselves like we have in the past. We definitely won't be coming back to this H&R Block or any other location after this experience."
