"Horrible customer service. I came into drop off my paperwork on to 2/6/21 was told by Don he would be working on the paper work that Monday. Waited till Tuesday 2/9/21 to call Don to get updates since I did not hear back on Monday. “I have not had time to work on the paperwork, I will try to work on it today.” Waited till Thursday 2/11/21 to hear back, since I didn’t hear back around the afternoon I decided to call I spoke with Joanne the manager. She told me that Don would work on my paperwork when he came back that Friday. It is Saturday 2/20/21 and Don has not returned any of my calls and neither has Joanne. Every time I call Don is too busy to answer and I don’t get a call back to get it. So wasted two weeks of waiting for these people to work on my paperwork and they are too busy to even look at my paperwork to tell me if I need to amend it or not. Therefore I picked up my paperwork up today 2/20/21 and I am taking it to a different location. So the drop off service is useless because unless you’re there they won’t make time to look or work on your stuff! This is why I left H&R Block 5 years ago, has no customer service!!"
