They even donned booties to protect my home and cleaned up when finished, leaving everything as clean (maybe cleaner) as they found it. Installed a new system and thermostat, giving me instructions in plain English. Since then (that was quite some years ago when we moved in - maybe 15 years back), we've had to have them out twice for system outages, and both were outside normal business hours.
