"Was quoted $250, taxes were done, price went to $500. "I was only able to check so many boxes." Verbatum of what the representative said. I understand a quote isn't final, they're usually in the same ballpark though. I then took what I thought was all my information, got home to discover the representative didn't give back my former employers W-2. Called and asked for it, stated I do not have it. They claim they gave it back(did not). I then ask for the information they took from it to transpose into the computer(total wage of last year plus what I paid in taxes(got a new job in July)) and they're stating I need to pay for it. Trying to force a persons hand into paying for information they provided to you in both unethical, poor customer service and overall bad business practice. Would give a 0 if I could."
