"The whole crew were conscientious, clean, respectful and knowledgable. I will be using the family business again for sure!! I feel very comfortable with very high recommendations. They made my complete install look like a Cadillac vs the original install. I am so impressed with their attitudes, politeness, technology, follow up and much more. They know their stuff. They operate in the sandbox with all the companies. My opinion is “The cream comes to the top” Irish Air is there. PS. The guys are young and attentive to the needs at hand. "We have switched heating companies. Irish Air knows boilers!! We had Jim and Caleb explain what was wrong. Caleb, Corben and Joel rebuilt the pipes around the boiler according to manufacturer’s manual. Joseph came out twice on the weekend to exchange a part. Caleb, Corben and Joseph came back today to make sure it was fixed. They are so knowledgeable about boilers. I recommend Irish Air!!!"

"I can't say enough great things about this company. After spending 3 weeks screwing around with a different company (the company that installed and maintained my HVAC equipment) I called Irish as a last resort. They were well aware of the issues with my gas furnace and the extended warranty that had been issued years ago as a result of a class action law suit against Carrier corp. Spoke with Jim, got a quote which was significantly below the amount of the other company, and within a couple of days Joel and Corbin were out and repaired the unit. During the time it took to get the parts Jim kept in touch to keep me informed of everything. Very professional, knowledgeable, the guys had the unit up and running by end of day. I cannot say enough about this company. They will certainly be getting my business going forward, and will be the first company I call when our equipment needs to be replaced. "Joseph was very helpful and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the needed part and had us up and running within a few hours. He was great at answering questions and providing guidance on system set up. Caleb honored warranty work on a leak, at no charge. Irish Air will have our business going forward! Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Jim helped me out in a bind on New Year's Eve on how to get my unit up and running over the phone. First rate business. They have been great each time I've needed their help."

"I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled and called same day to get amazing super quick service. Jim went out of his way to get his tech Joseph out to me to help get my Google Nest thermostat installed properly. Literally within 30 minutes of calling without an appointment Joseph showed up. Also he was very informative which was great. You can always tell when someone just shows up to do a job without care and Joseph was definitely not that. Really gave great info and spent the time to make sure I felt comfortable and understand what was being done. 100% will be coming back!"
