"Brought my 27' cuddy in to have a miss in the motor diagnosed last October, giving them the entire winter to figure it out, I got a call that led me to believe they had an idea it was in a cylinder, gave them the go ahead. In may I stopped but to find that was not the problem but they were going to put it back together and see how it ran. Early July I stopped by to check in, to find that they had not touched my boat. I was told they would be able to get back to it till after 4th of July. Late July I had enough, and went to just rescue the boat. They still had not got to it, and the cover was not secured properly, it took 2 days for all the water to run out and was extremely dirty, mildew, way worst condition than when I took it in. After taking with the owner about how much time they had invested in diagnosing the boat, I owed them $900 but they wouldn't charge me for storage LOL! I paid, even against my better judgement, just wanted this nightmare over. I'm sure they MIGHT be good at winterizing and small repairs if they could clean the place up to find anything. BUT I will never take anything there again and discourage anyone else from falling into this sink hole."
