"Tried to Buy Local Gone Wrong. I could have just ordered online. TLDR; Tried to buy local, cost me 3 wasted weeks of time, $120 to buy the correct U-Bolts, plus the cost of the wrong U-Bolts they sold me. Ordered upgraded Slipper (leaf) Springs for a trailer. Measured and found an 8 leaf to replace the 6 leaf. Told them the part number for the Spring and asked for U-Bolt Kits to match. They said, "No problem, take a week." 4 weeks later, have all the parts. Picked up Friday. The owner calls me ON A SUNDAY, because they forgot to charge me for one of the U-Bolt Kits. Unprofessional. Go to install. Wrong U-Bolts. Spend $120 at Rural King for U-Bolts that I have to cut down to size. Go to return the incorrect U-bolts they sold me. They tried to give me a half refund MINUS a re-stocking fee because I used the tie plates from the kits. When I called them out for trying to charging me a re-stocking fee when THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PART they said it WAS MY FAULT THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG PARTS because I didn't bring the trailer to them to do the work. They sold me the U-Bolt kits for a 6 leaf spring. That makes no sense. New Springs have 8 leaves and need a longer U-Bolt. If that was not the case, why would I not have just used the U-Bolts that were on the trailer? They were so rude and unprofessional, I just left the un-used parts there and didn't even get a refund."

"Very expensive - comments here regarding lack of detail\explanation for high rates is spot on. Also, lack of communication. Brought my boat trailer in for a bent axle, they never called me to tell me the work was complete. It sat out in their lot for days until I called to check status. In the end, the axle was replaced, but the new calipers and brakes that came with the new axle squeaked to high heaven when I got it back. I was so frustrated, I didn't dare go back to let them fix it. My suspicion is they are focused on their corporate accounts with their trucking customers - if you are a regular consumer with your personal trailer, they may see you, but you are not their priority."

"On 4/17/23 I got to paul's trailer service paid $2,307 for replace my damage right door on my dry van. They did a very good job and star working at 3:30pm finish the job at 10pm charge 15 hrs. Of man labor. Advice if you need the job done they work 2 shifts dally. But you are going to pay very high fees. The receipt that they give you is not clear what are they charging make me feel that is over price the parts and labor as well. Mark in the office is ok guy. But He can do a much better receipt, He has a computer where he get the price of the parts, not reson because he has the tool to make a decent receipt. And clearly notes of what are paying for. Note only was 1 door for $2,307.00"
