"Never once did they have me in for a visit, check up or even their yearly physical. They never once made any effort to get to know me as a patient or a person. I was contacted asking if I was still a patient there and when I attempted to make an appointment to which they read in the MyChart, ignored it and copy pasted the same "are you still our patient here?" a month later I responded and said that I would find a doctor that will have me in their office and they literally said ok we'll remove you. They do NOT value you as a person, they value you as a paycheck."
