"What can I say...I broke down on a Friday night with nobody willing to help until Monday.....I called the owner and he said to me let me make a few calls and I will get you squared away....I drove about 30 minutes to his shop he pulled out the rv he was working on to get me done...In about an hour I was back up and rolling...definitely a blessing...All I can say is this is real customer service...and the staff was super nice in giving me a class to prevent problems like this in future"

"5 Star RV repair is a haven in off-putting empty-promise RV service business world. Late summer 2022 our aft A/C unit died and big living room slide out gear packs (both of them) broke down. We kept on calling and emailing with numerous on service shops and result was always the same "fully booked until end of this year", "we can see you next month" or like lazy days way: "you may drop off your coach mid next month and we'll keep it 30 days". I emailed Gary and he responded same day "I'm working on this - I'll be in touch". We did not expect a lot but then the miracle happened: Gary called and said that you guys have an appointment for the new a/c unit in one of his co-operators business (unit in stock even this Mach model is in national back order) in next day at 0530am - can you make it? Yes Sir! And after that he took us in and fixed all the slide-out problems and some other minor defects even they were extremely busy with all other customers. Gary and his crew are known for old-school attitude and service integrity. If there's a will - there's a way. And we're on the road again! "We were 2000 miles from home with our Jayco 5th wheel when we damaged an axle and needed it replaced. Stuck on Indiana Toll Interstate, I made 5 calls and Gary was the only one to call back…5 Star took us in, Scott found a set of heavier axles, because replacement axle was going to take 6 weeks before available. Scott did repairs and got us back on the road to return home. Outstanding service, gave us helpful hints on slide maintenance and were customer focused. More than 5 Stars!!!"
