"I went here to buy a photo album. The albums were disorganized. The photo albums and scrapbook albums were mixed together. Once I found what I wanted, it was smooth sailing. The cashier was friendly."

I used to paint all the time, and I don't have time to really do it anymore, so sometimes it bothers me to go in there because I miss doing all the crafts I used to do. I can't wait to retire. Then, I can go back to all the crafts I used to do. But I got quite a few years for that. So I may just have to start making time. Because Michael's is hard to resist."

"It's ridiculous that any time we do any shopping or instacarting from here that none of the employees can point out where anything is or where its stocked at. The store has everything spread out and mixed in together and doesn't have proper markings to identify what the product is. Every employee I've dealt with here is an entitled little snotnosed you know what. Nobody wants to help any customers or act like they want their jobs. As much as possible I will not return to this location."
