"I have never had such an awful experience with a company. I was cursed at and was told my business would close because of how concerned I was about being overcharged (mind you I have been open 7 years and originally bought furniture and equipment from Zesco.) ...When I placed a call for service I asked for pricing and what was included. They said the first hour of repair onsite was a flat rate and there was a separate $59 for the service call. I was fine with that. They took my credit card info and I asked them to call me before they charged it to go over the charges. They said the would do that. Fast forward to the time of repair and the repair man was in and out of the store in less than an hour (he was nice and re-charged our freezer with freon like requested). Didn't think much of it until two weeks later my card was charged for $50 more than what was discussed when I placed the appointment. They never called to discuss what was done and why it was more than what I was originally told. I called about it and they said because the driver couldn't find parking I was charged for the time he spent looking (30 minutes). I was charged 1.5 hours of "repair" since the driver couldn't find parking even though I was charged a $59 service call already. The amount isn't my problem, its the fact of how I was treated and that they didn't communicate the charges as I was told they would."
