"I went to this store with my iPhone 11 Pro Max to have the screen replaced since it was shattered. I waited about a month to leave this review to make sure it was accurate. This location was able to fix my screen without a problem. As of today, it has not popped out of the frame or broken or stopped working in any way. It was roughly $200 to fix, but it was done the SAME day. "

"My experience has been horrible. I prepaid for a new screen, was told it would be 1-2 days. No contact after 3 days, I call on day 4 and 5. I was told it is unusually and it's taking longer, they would call me on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around at 5pm, still no call. I call again and find out I'm speaking with the owner. He is extremely rude, didn't listen to what I had to say, and in fact blamed me because I didn't call him Monday and ask about my phone. Due to his extremely rude demeanor I asked for a refund as I didn't want to conduct business with that type of company. I did receive my refund. Only after I let him know I would rate his company did he begin to be kind. I wouldn't recommend this company at all."

"I went to this shop for checking my IPhone not charging up! Best Buy geek squad denied service saying , phone must be damaged and I should buy a new phone! I met Kevin who is super awesome tech, fixed the issue in less than a minute. Just some debris was blocking the charging cable to charge the phone. Kevin cleaned it up and said everything is working fine. He didn’t charge me anything. Best Buy gave me stupid suggestions without checking minimum set of things ! Thanks Kevin, you saved me a chunk and you are good at what you are doing! Keep it up!"

"Took in my iPhone SE 2020 to get new glass put in for $110. The website claims they will diagnose and insure the phone works properly when this is done. I got attitude from the guy at the counter, I think his name was Kevin. I get my phone back and the proximity sensor is not working. After investigating I find out it could not be lined up properly if a new glass is installed. I called them right away to have it looked at and I was told it needs a new sensor. This is without even considering the guy didn't line it up properly. I was then told it would be $79 to replace it. It's been 3 weeks now and to make matters worse, my phone fell off my bed 16" onto the wood floor and the new screen cracked. The phone is in an otterbox case and should not have broke. Its junk glass. I'm am now taking my phone elsewhere and pay another $100 and have it done correctly. I will never recommend this place again."
