"Went in for my exam, and Dr. Albert’s was very nice and concerning of my vision problems, she explained everything and got me the strongest prescription she could for me, got me to where I’m able to see the best that i ever have been. It was super quick had maybe 10 min wait. Also, Brandi at the front was very very nice and walked me through some payment plans and through some of the add ons that I would need for my lenses (given my nystagmus). This was my first experience with this place, and by far one of the best places I’ve been. Staff is all super friendly. I think I have found my forever go to place. If you are looking for people who genuinely care about your needs, this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed!! 10/10 recommend"

"When I arrived for my appointment at 2:20pm and checked in I told the lady I seldom used glasses since I don’t need them to read. I wanted the least expensive option. She checked my insurance from U.H.C. After my eye exam (that was excellent) I suggested using my own frame and she agreed. The optometrist had told me I only needed my left eye corrected.When I went to pay the lens was $300.79. When I got home I realized I wasn’t informed what the price would be if I used the frames at the store and how the price would be affected. I called @5:21 and was told my insurance covered $250.00 on frames. I asked about reversing the charge if it was less expensive. I was informed that once the charge was put through it was policy there would be no refunds. I called back and talked to the manager and was told my glasses had already been sent and the lab was already working on my lens and she couldn’t do anything. I found that hard to believe since it was late afternoon that they would already be working on them. I was disappointed that I wasn’t informed initially about my $250 insurance coverage. It would most likely been a less expensive option."

"I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Alberts and the staff. This was our second time using Pearle Vision, and as long as Dr. Alberts is there it is the only place I will go for eye exams. She manages to be incredibly thorough and fully engages you while still getting you in and out quickly. It's so nice to have a provider that you feel like genuinely cares about your well-being! 100% HIGHLY recommend!"
