"Worked with Peter to get my Iphone13 fixed. He did a fantastic job! Will definitely recommend uBreakiFix to all my friends. My ear speaker had stopped working and the initial diagnosis was going to be about and hour repair requiring a new screen with the integrated speaker and $369. I said okay, please fix it. Upon returning about an hour later the new installed part had not fixed the problem so Peter asked if he could have a few more minutes to try something else. After a few minutes he came back out and had it fixed by just reinstalling the original screen/parts. Ended up not charging me anything for all of his time. Wow! All I can say is fantastic customer service, thank you Peter!"

"I went to this place based on the reviews I read from others. My Xbox One X was turning off as soon as I turned it on. I took it in and let the guy know I thought it was the power supply. He said they still had to diagnose it and it would be 24-48 hours. They called me the next day and told me what the issue was and how much it would cost. The cost was astronomical compared to buying the power supply for $50 and doing it myself, they said $175 so I denied the repair and went to pick it up the next day. When I arrived he said it wasn't ready because they went ahead and repaired it. So I had to wait another 3 days for them to finally put it back together. After finally getting my Xbox back home I went to repair it myself and realize they did not put my Xbox holding dock back on it and upon opening the device I was missing 4 screws, and 3 screws were not screwed in and just sitting there as well. I am beyond disappointed in using them and urge everyone to make sure they actually put your devices back together!!!!"

"I dropped my IPhone 12 in a pool. After a few hours the screen went black, but it still had power. I took it to the “Genius” Bar at Apple. They told me it was unable to be fixed and it had no value towards a new phone since it had water damage. None of my photos were showing up on the cloud, so I was determined to find a solution.
