"There is a reason this company only has 2 stars. Poor professionalism and a terrible attitude to boot. They never answer or respond to calls. I gave them a 1 star only because I couldn’t give a zero. I highly do not recommend."

"Although I pre-paid for both opening/closing my in-ground sprinkler system, they turned off my sprinkler very late last year, after the very cold deep December freeze that burst many home pipes. This spring, my back-flow prevention was broken - likely because they didn't close my sprinkler in a timely fashion at all."

"I have an irrigation system that I’ve had for six years. Heads up was a good choice six years ago. Not so much now. I’m having issues now with their service. No response to my issues. Nothing. I have an inside unit that was not set right according to the time of day I wanted the system to go on. Instead of it going on at 6am it was going off at 6 pm. After looking at the meter, I FINALLY figured it out. The time on my unit. And I mean the time of day was in the pm mode which meant my system recognizing the wrong time of day. After numerous calls to heads up I’m really disappointed in the service. This was a simple fix that me being not so mechanically inclined figured out"

"This company charged us more than competitors. Responsiveness was an issue. Appointments were not easy to set up. The lady who answered the phone needs to be retrained for customer service. Work quality is acceptable. These people treat their customers real bad. I had to say goodbye to heads-up for those reasons."

"The guys will promise to get your business. Do not fall for it.He told me that I will do a very good job so I gave him the job.First thing he did wrong was my down spouts. Mad a mess out of the plan layout. Second of all very very poor job on my sprinklers system. He did not have any knowledge on how to put the sprinkle head away from my house.I told him about it and he said don't worry I will take care of it after finishing my project I ask him what happen he said that's how its going to be. now my siding is stained. its a brand new house.I would highly recommend please do not give this guy your business.I have also heard about him from my neighbors we are all complying about hime. turning on and off the sprinkler system I will to call him several time."
