"HITMAN is your SOLUTION! Dell is so knowledgable, he came as a recommendation, had never met anyone to speak of foundation repairs before buying this current home. He was so helpful with his detail and explanation of our issues. He took 4 separate videos explaining what he seen issues with from crawl entrance, vapor barrier, mold, screwjacks, the need for those to be anchored, the need for those to be on concrete pads, the sagging of our main beam, which was of course our huge issue! I feel way more educated that I have a genuine interest in what these guys do, daily! Nelson and his crew led my repairs and legitimately leveled my house! Before repairs were made, I already had moved in and had my tv setup. I took a level to it and could visually see I had huge sag in the floor. After day 1, we had dramatic shifts in our sag and could visually see this change! Bill, I really thank you for taking the time to get personally involved into the repair as it helps to have a shoulder to lean on or ear for listening that builds trust and relationships! After day 2, mold remediation and what smells much like an indoor pool! Lots of hints of chlorine! Note to those reading to turn on all the ceiling fans and windows open if possible! After day 3, having all that new fresh vapor barrier and taking a tour of what had taken shape over the last 3 days, what a job these guys did! I feel like everything was done to perfection and I have stability in this house I just bought!"
