"After 6 visits and about $800.00 of repairs for a GE Profile fridge, I called today for the same problem we had from the first time. Because of the time that had passed (90 days) they expected another service call charge. I was told by the tech it was 90 days from last visit. My suggestion is to find another repair company. I appreciate the response from the owner ,however your last visit was the the third week of August. I am unhappy because after 5 or 6 times and several parts replaced my fridge is still not fixed."

"Please look elsewhere because if I could give 0 stars, I would! The technician who came to my house to see what the issue was with my dryer was nice and communicated the issue. He told me he would only need to order 2 parts. He seemed very knowledgeable, so I requested that he be the one to make the repair once they received the parts. The same technician comes back and “fixes” the issue and claims everything is good to go! I’m thinking Sweet!!! However, my husband comes homes and notices the start button is altered. What do you know, the technician slaps a bandaid on with a bunch of electrical tape. Not once did the technician mention needing to order another part and this “bandaid” is temporary. My husband reaches out to the company to speak to the manager and so do I. We are told that the technician told me he would need to order another part and I was irate that it couldn’t be fixed today. Keep in mind, my dryer seemed to be running smoothly, so why would i be irate that he couldn’t fix it?! I would have never know about this “bandaid” if my husband didn’t notice the start button altered. Furthermore, this technician claims my work order was closed and he couldn’t open it back up. He showed up to my house at 10:10AM and left at 10:23. (I have ring cameras) but never placed a new order until the next day! Why wouldn’t he place this order I need the same day, especially considering I was an AM appointment. If you’re going to alter someone’s belongings or if something else is needed, COMMUNICATE that with your customer. Do not trust Chris Dewitt in your home as he is unprofessional and untrustworthy and clearly will lie to cover up HIS mistakes. DO BETTER!!!!"
"If you're looking for a professional, responsible, and efficient repair. Look elsewhere! Very literally, not only did this company NOT fix the problem, they BROKE my machine, and as of today (2/16/23), they have YET to return to fix it. I strongly encourage you to copy/paste this company's name into the search bar and add "competitors" at the end of it. Their scheduling process has no accountability, and their technicians (at least the ones I've had) need to be more professional. You won't get an appointment on the same day or within a day, EVEN when THEY need to reschedule at no fault of your own. They can never confirm an actual "window" until the day before. But don't hold your breath; it'll go from 8-5 to 12-5. Not a big jump. (I've since found competitors who provide a 2hr window) Attempt 1 -- The technician arrived early, did not attempt to contact me (the tenant), nor did they follow up with my landlord before leaving. When I reached my landlord, they informed me that they explained to the technician that I was coming from the office (8mins away) and would need time to get home. I pulled up and watched them drive away. Attempt 2 -- The technician arrived later in the "window," which I would have been fine with had he not broken my machine. I could hear him roughly handling my machine two floors up from the basement. The machine was working before his "service" and had not been touched. When I came downstairs to check his work, he claimed it was an electrical issue, had me reset the breaker, and left, offering ZERO solutions for a problem he clearly created. His manager (who was on speaker phone) declared, "well if it's electrical, there's nothing you can do." Within a day, I had an electrician come out only to confirm that it was not an electrical issue (mainly because the outlet is less than a year old) Attempt 3 -- I received a VM the day of my appointment (today), claiming that the technician called out sick and that I would need to reschedule. I called back, and they once again pushed me DAYS out. Apparently, there's only one technician in my area?? You'd think they'd have concern (or at least a bit more respect for urgency) considering the likelihood that their technician, either because of negligence or ignorance, broke my machine. But that is not the case. Hear me, reader --- SAVE YOURSELF NOW!! I'm currently googling for competitors and kicking myself because I had heard from the grapevine that this is normal behavior...I didn't heed the warning. Now I'm spending the extra money (and time) to fix their mess."
