"Called about a backup in the basement, Don was very rude, said he was too busy to come that night, when asked about someone else he changed his response to, ‘I can be there in 35 minutes’. Came out, talked down to us, went in and as soon as it started draining, pulled it back out. Charged $200 for 5 min of time, and it’s now less than 2 weeks later and it’s backed up again. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend."
