"Had a compression fitting leaking called them to tighten it because was not sure how it worked, wife called and said he was getting parts so I called him and said I wanted it tighten so he went back and tightened it and then charged my for 1.5 hours of labor which should of took a half hour, figured I would have to pay at least 1 hour not 1.5."
