"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Our air went out at 7 pm on Friday 7/28/23. One of the hottest days of the year. We thought it was the blower motor that blows your heat/air thru your duct work. We called him the following Monday after calling a company that wanted to charge us $1000. Turns out? It wasn't what we thought & the price was tremendously less. Why? Because he is one of the honest severice men. He's not out to rip you off. He made time to get here today cuz my husband is having surgery this week & I have severe seasonal allergies. Call him if you want an honest opinion about what you need for your heating & air services. He'll give you an honest price. He couldn't be nicer. A true professional, who's not out to gouge your pocketbook. I have his name & number now saved. He's the ONLY guy I will trust from now on!! I can't thank him enough & can't say enough nice things about how this company is ran! 5 star's +++++++"

"Called on a Monday talked to the secretary I guess said he'd be out Wednesday morning Wednesday morning comes and goes call them back don't even have us marked in then try to makup things to why he didn't come out. Won't recommend them to anyone and lost our business for good"

"Don has done work for me for years. He's very reliable and has always been fair on the price. He used to do all of my work at my restaurant and installed a new furnace for a good price in my home. I had a situation where I had someone vandalize parts off of my air conditioner at my restaurant. Not thinking I tried someone else to look at it. They told me they would have to replace the whole unit, and that I was looking at around $3600!!! I thought to myself, wait a minute, I'm going to call the man that installed it for me in the first place. Don came out and said that with parts and freon that it would cost $600. He apologized because the unit needed a lot of freon! Don will be the ONLY man I will get in the Knox Area!!!"
