Very kind and helpful with all the info you need, all my questions and I appreciated that SO much. When my 15 yr. Papillon/Pomeranian dog passed, they took care of EVERYTHING, and what they gave me was a shockingly beautiful ornate sealed box, a "death certificate", and a glass mold of her pawprint. I was so pleased to see her appropriately kept. Its a lives in my display cabinet right next to my Brother. She was the love of my life. If you want to be comfortable and confident about pet care, this is the best place-- above and beyond!! passed away"
"They squeezed me into a Monday appointment for a cat of ours that was acting quite ill. It wound up being the worst case scenario...and we had to lay her to rest. The entire staff, front desk, all the techs, and Dr. Chabot were friendly with us, patient with us, and thorough with us. Despite it being our first ever visit we felt like we'd been life long patients! We and our kitty were very comfortable. They all did a wonderful job."
