"I would give it zero stars if possible. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have been without a fridge for over a week now and it still has not been fixed. I was given a time window when he would be here. He never showed and never called. This happened 4 TIMES! 4 DAYS I had to wait around and never got a call saying he wasn't coming. I have had to call multiple times to try and figure out when my fridge will be fixed and still have not been given a time. Serious lack of communication and care for their customers. I will NEVER use this company again! *this is not a warranty issue, this is a customer service issue."

"Absolutely abysmal service. I told them up front that my washer was covered under a 10 year warranty. They missed their scheduled window to come and service my washing machine and didnt even call until I called them. Rescheduled the appointment and they missed that one too. Once they finally came and diagnosed the issue, I told the tech I wanted a quote for the repair. Was told it would take a few days to write up. Didnt hear back from them after repeated calls and texts. Called back and finally spoke to them and then they tell me that they dont cover warranty work. This felt more and more like a company stretched way too thin where no one communicates to anyone else. Just hoping to nail you for $70 just to spend 5 min saying what's wrong and never fix a thing. Ridiculous."

"This place was awful they came out told us that it was going to be 600 dollars to fix our washer. Then when they came out to do the repair they were 6 hours late coming. I then tried to run a full cycle after they left and the washer still didnt work. We had to wait another 2days for them to come back out the technician then said it was fixed. We again tried to run a full cycle and it was still not fixed. So we called them back they then offered to bring us a different washer however it was supposed to be delivered first thing sat and that didnt happen. Not to mention the washer that they tried to offer us was not worth 600 dollars. We then settled on a different washer and were told that it would be delivered around noon today. Now they are saying it will be after 7pm. We requested a refund and they said that they wouldnt refund us for the parts which were grossly over priced also. So I am out over 500 dollars for a washer that doesnt work. Customer service was terrible they hung up on us on several occasions. DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Rude and abrupt on the phone, this is a dispatch center where they send out someone in your area to do the repair. I was charged $150 for less than a hour of work and the appliance is still not working. That doesn't even include the $370 for parts or the $59 to come out and diagnose the issue (supposed to be put towards the services rendered, but if that is the case they charged over $200 for less than an hour). I will never use this company again and advise anyone thinking about contacting them to look elsewhere. Customer service is a joke, the estimate for repair was not near what was charged, and tech came an hour later than time window given. Overall waste of money and time."

"DON'T USE. An appointment was made and my checking account was charged but no one showed up for the repair. When I called back they had no record at first and then told me a different story. They did finally credit my account back but it was a hassle and a lost day, leaving me with the need to continue to search for a repair person."
