"I contacted Gene's in November of 2021 about a septic installation. After speaking with Lou, I contracted a septic designer and had plans drawn and got the permits. He met with my contractor on site and gave an estimate. I accepted the estimate. In January I was contacted and told there was a family emergency and I would be contacted to get scheduled when they were up and running again. I completely understood the circumstances. Now 7 months have passed and I have heard from others in the community he is doing work but has completely ghosted me and now I can't find another septic installer who can fit the project into their schedule. I have called and left several messages and emails."
