Chimney Man & Son

"Unfortunately, we were left very disappointed. It took a long time to get an initial return call, which I expected from the reviews, but had faith that he was worth it. He came out initially and cleaned our chimney, advised us on a wood stove insert to order and told us to let him know when it would arrive so he could come back out to install it. That was in September. We have had a 400 pound wood stove sitting in our drive way since late September. My husband and I have both called numerous times and left voicemails with nothing in return. It is very upsetting. The equipment which he recommended was not cheap and we were counting on him to carry out what he originally told us. We have been very patient, as I know he must be very busy this time of year. But this is just unacceptable business practice and very poor customer service. Very sad."

A lot better than All Swept Up in Spencer, they had price rapped me over the phone prior to even setting up work. Tech is friendly and personable. I will be using in future. Advise calling in advance to set up work like everywhere quality service techs are busy and there is a wait."
