We got there at 4:40 just to pick up my daughters glasses but they wouldn’t do adjustments. 5pm is pretty early for an eye doctor in my opinion. 5 years we’ve been going there but the last few times staff has seemed put off by our business, so we will go elsewhere."

"Took my wife to my eye doctor in Elkhart, Indiana and it was the biggest joke I have ever seen in my life. First they tell us that she has no insurance even though I checked an hour prior she was covered and eligible. They get that straightened out and then, we ordered glasses from them due in on 16 August. They still have not arrived and they made the comment well we won’t order them until they are paid for even though we paid for them the day of service. Insurance paid their portion on 15 August after the claim was submitted on 9 August , fair warning, if you need good service and good glasses, stay away from this location. They went through six managers in two years."

"I bring my disabled clients here and they are treated with dignity and respect. Dr Albert and dr. Park are both sweet and patient. Not a lot of choices for Medicaid frames but they are very good at recommending good fitting pairs."
