"Been going here for 5 years now and the service has declined a lot. Loved my first doctor but she moved to a new clinic out of town. Janet Callan? (I don't even know if she is still there because I changed to someone else)I think was the name of the next person I talked to she dismissed me and almost didn't sign papers I needed to start a new treatment( she just had to sign papers saying yes I have been diagnosed with x thing ) Dr Cole is amazing she is so nice and sweet and great with kids. I just wish they could do something for my daughter because she is sick 24/7 when she is in school and its been getting worse but when we go in they say there's nothing they can do for her so 70$ wasted. The staff nurses who answer the phone are very rude. Frist they transfer me to a manager who says I don't know why they did that and transfered me back then I get hung up on. I called back and the nurse said well you brought her in twice this year but haven't brought her in for 2 years (before this because we know every time we do bring her in they say there is nothing they can do but let her ride out the sickness). It's 70$ every visit why would we keep bringing her in if nothing ever gets done. The nurse then told me when I asked about what we can do since Dr Cole is out for the week and she said nothing and if we don't like it here to go some place else."
"I have been a patient at this doctor's office since 2012. I have never had any issues; the staff is always professional, nice and accommodating. The pre-appointment process is very easy and smooth and check-in is seamless. The office also provides several notifications and reminders via MyChart, text messages and phone calls. If I had to say one not so good thing about this office, it's that they sometime run behind. However, the staff is always very apologetic. Thank you for serving our community."
"My family have been patients of Sandcrest for almost 10 years. We’ve always been very happy with the care we’ve received - including prenatal care and delivery of two kids. I wanted to post a huge thanks for the care we received during my son’s recent walk-in flu shot. He’s 9 and walked in crying, very nervous about his shot. The two staff members who helped us were very patient and waited (at least 10 minutes, while attempting to put him at ease and distract him) until we managed to get him calmed down and onto the exam table for his shot. They gave him the shot with no trouble and were so supportive of him for being so brave. I think future shots will be much easier for him now, following this positive experience."
