"I have went here every year since I started working. But unfortunately, I will not be going back. The last 3 years the women that work at the front desk have been exceptionally rude. If your taxes aren't a simple single family income, with no kids or stimulus situations to account for, they don't want to deal with it. I went in on April 5th and they told me it was too late to do my taxes. Absolutely not true obviously. And told me I would have to file an extension. Which I would have no problem doing had she not said it with an attitude. Not all of us get our W2s right when we should and some of us have things going on at home preventing us to get there in a timely manner. I had apologized and she was still very rude. The woman told me that waiting this long to file was not a good decision on my part and told me that the fact that I don't do direct deposit on my taxes makes it too long of a process for them. She literally sighed out loud when I said I never received a stimulus letter in the mail. All that needed to be said was, "I'm sorry but we are backed up and can't get this done in time. " I would have said no problem and went on my way. I have had 3 people tell me they had the same issue. Went to H&R Block in Mount Carmel and had no problem getting them filed. And in fact, the employee there said she had 4 people switch to them for the same reason. That Terry Harpers employees are rude. I do not recommend their services. As much as it costs to do taxes, at least be polite. Very unprofessional."
