No short cuts used ,not afraid to get his hands dirty..did what was nessasary in good time ..cost was less than expected...teck took time out to answer all my questions..previous company we had used before should of done the dirty work years ago..update 8-28-2018:this is no longer crafton but carbon service make sure you get a quote on the cost before the job as carbon charges crazy high prices ."

In the past they also have came out for my stove/oven and were also great then. They responded quickly and courteously. Kept my floors clean by using protective gear on their shoes. David, the repairman, was friendly and was patient in explaining what the issue was and how it could be fixed."

"I was new to Crafton's when I found them through a Google search, so was initially leary of using them. However, from Lisa in the office, to Dave our technician, service was professional, courteous, flexible with my schedule, and the final price was actually less than the cost quoted on the phone. Dave repaired my dryer and explained the likely cause of the trouble. He didn't even gripe about the fact that I had tried to take it apart myself but couldn't put it back together again. I plan to use them again."

"We used Crafton to replace our furnace and damaged coil box before we moved into our new home. What should have been a two day job took much longer as a part had to be constructed. It didn't bother us because we were not in the house yet. When we finally got in the house, we noticed a huge part sitting in the garage. We thought it was weird that they didn't dispose of it if they didn't need it, but didn't think too much about it as we were trying to get settled. We received a thank you note and a box of cookies including a coupon if we needed their services again. Two months later, we tried to turn on our A/C for the first time and it didn't work. We called our home warranty who sent another company out to fix it. When the technician got here, he was shocked by the fact that the integral part of the air conditioning system, the evaporator coil, had been completely taken out and not replaced. The warranty didn't allow him to put the part back in. We called Crafton to ask why they didn't put the coil back in and he said that he didn't think it worked, which isn't correct because we moved in the winter and the air conditioning unit could not be tested at that time. We told him that we would like him to put it back in so that we could get a second opinion. He told us that he would only do it if we called our warranty company and specifically request Crafton to come out again. I told him that I didn't want to do that because the part that he removed to replace the coil box should have been put back in when he completed the project that he was already paid for. Gerry Crafton told me that it would be a 2-3 day job and a "waste of time", then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't do it because "that's stupid" and to "use my sense". I have never experienced a company so unprofessional. Gerry Crafton removed our evaporator coil and didn't put it back in because he expected us to call him once the weather got warm and we needed to use our A/C. He didn't complete his job that we paid him to do and instead of coming out to make it right, he insulted my intelligence and told me that the other technician was "being a brat" and could do it himself. I would never recommend this company to anybody and I think everybody should know what kind of morals these people hold. They clearly wanted to make more money from a job that should have already been completed. Very unprofessional."
