She goes above and beyond to provide us with the best service and is very mindful when choosing the best treatments in terms of cost for the customers. I have seen a huge change in the office over the last year as she has new help and a smiling face at the front desk. "My mother's dogs were patients of Ms. Alka. Her diabetic dog was given awful treatment here and Ms. Alka showed a basic lack of empathy. There are not enough vets in Henderson but I'd recommend avoiding this one. That's the nicest review I can give because after the way she treated my mother I truly have nothing nice to say."
