"DO NOT GO TO THE SCHERERVILLE STORE My day started at 10 at the Merrillville store. The lady (I don't recall her name) was very helpful and informed me they would not have a tech in to fix my phone until 4pm. If i could not wait that long, I could go to the Schererville store where they have a tech at all times due to the business. I went ahead and drove the extra 20 minutes to this store so I would nto waste all day to go back at 4. I arrive at the Schererville store and at first Jodie (I believe the manager) and Alex (the tech) seemed to be helpful. They said they would replace my charging port (which is attached to the antenna in Iphones). I agree, they said come back in two hours so I do. When i receive my phone, I notified Alex that i did not have service. He said restart it and then nothing else so I left the building and sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes. I go back inside and tell them that something must be messed up. They offer to fix it and again I agree. They said come back in ANOTHER 2 hours. So I do, but I was informed they are unable to fix it. Now, it is 3 oclock and I ask them to call the Merrillville store to ask the tech if he can try, they said he can't do it today due to being busy. I called the Merrillville store myself and talk to the tech who informed me that he told Alex he is questionable about doing it due to the amount of times they have opened my phone today but is willing to do it if I want which is what he told the other tech to tell me. I arrived at the Mville store to discuss with the new tech and he tested my phone, which Alex never did. He then cleaned my port and tested a few cords, again Alex NEVER did that. Bam, my phone was fixed! So I wasted 6 hours attempting to fix something that was not broken because their tech never tested it. I am unsure of the Merrillville tech's name but he deserves the most credit in the world. Please, do not go to thee Schererville store. It is a joke and they will waste your time and money."

"Excellent Service and professionalism. I walked in with a cracked screen, thinking it was the end of the world for my I-phone. "Edward" the staff person on duty provided immediate attention and repaired my phone within an hour. I left happy and with a smile."
