"Precision Auto restored my Truck to it's Beauty...."

"I wouldn't spend $1in this place. Had an 10:00 appointment that was scheduled yesterday for today. I arrived at 9:45 thinking the shop would be open. As the website claims to open at 9am.I called several times with no answer, voice mail was full, so leaving a message was impossible. A guy showed up with keys to the so called business and claimed to call someone by the name of Dee who never answered. This guy claimed he was going to Dee's house to let him know. Another hour passed, so I decided to leave. Soon as I leave I get an incoming call, Guess who! Precision Auto Tech. I didn't answer because they already showed me that my business with them was not important. In conclusion, I wouldn't want anyone from this place to touch my vehicle.( PS. 2 & a half hours wasted!!!)"

"Dee was very nice and he got me in the same day. I think he was a bit pricey but he did exactly what I wanted him to."

"If there was a way to give negative stars believe me I would. This place was supposed to put a new transmission in our truck. It was supposed to take a couple of days. The work took a week. Four days later same problem. They kept feeding us promises to have it done until the total time added up to a month. Not only did they not fix the transmission but they broke other things that werent even wrong when we brought it to them in the first place."
