"Been here many times as I have not been able to buy a new car in well over a decade. Great service. The T is for Tony, great guy, mechanic and owner. The other owner I’m not sure but I think it’s Lim, a true pro. A couple times I got a young person so it took a few extra minutes for service, but these guys get an A. Thx yall!"

"The customer service at this auto repair shop is terrible. My wife went here for a repair her appointment was for 10:00am When she went to drop the vehicle off she was speaking with a lady in the window about another concern. The woman was talking on the phone with the owner who must didn’t know he was on speaker phone. My wife heard the owner say she was getting on his nerves. If you are being paid to do a job and a customer has concerns you should have no problem answering your questions. This is your job that you are being paid for. We were told the vehicle would be done in a couple of hours. My wife hadn’t heard from them so she called at 4 to see if the car was ready for pick up. He said no and had a really bad attitude as if she was wrong for calling to inquire about her vehicle. On top of that the vehicle was picked up and the problem is not fixed. Very Unprofessional"

"I had issues with my car on 8/18 and CarMax could not fit me in, and was referred to use the Repair pal services and I chose this company. I explained the issues in regards to my car could not go in reverse. After a day and a half I picked up my car and was assured that nothing was wrong and that a complete diagnostic test was given. So here it is today and my car has the same issues ONLY this time my transmission warning came on and I was TOLD that it was not the transmission . I was charged 75 dollars for NOTHING. So now I have to take it to the Ford dealership to get the service that I should've gotten in the beginning. I do not recommend this company"
