"Our family has been going to Dr.Paula Gring for years...very knowledgeable and personable..love the staff too. The Dr. Actually found an issue with my prescription glasses..i hadn't been able to see out of them for 2 yrs (had purchased them through another eyecare place in Mishawaka) and was ready to give up on them..Paula noticed under the microscope that my lenses were switched so she put them in correctly . I put them on and could actually see . Would highly recommend..we continued to see her when our insurance was out of network with them"

"Horrible horrible front desk staff!! Came in for a 3:15 pm appointment! Both ladies at the front desk singing, dancing and eating right at the counter. Checked in and waited almost an hour to get the presenting done! Then sat another 30 plus minutes to go back for exam. Best thing about this place is the doctor. She was amazing with my son and very knowledgeable. Once appointment was over and went out to pick out the glasses was ignored as soon as I said we wanted the glasses the insurance would pay for. The ladies still at the front desk never checked on us after showing the glasses to us. They went back to singing and playing on the computer. No body was being talked to or any customer service! Once we got the frames we wanted had to do to the desk to check out. The doctor said my son needed some kind of measuring done! None was done! She tried to upgrade everything without asking almost $400. I told her I said only what the insurance will pay for is what I explained! Then I received a umm okay then! And oh your one of those. Then she said a almost $200. Then I repeated myself another time saying only what the insurance will pay I also said I understand that the frames we picked out were going to be $15-$40 more but not almost $200. She was rolling her eyes nudging the other lady and laughing at us. Then she did extra testing on my son that I did not authorize! I told her she didn’t get me to sign for it and he was a minor that any other tests needed to be authorized. Lastly I paid what I was supposed to and left! Very unfriendly! No customer service provided! Lazy staff! Rude! Also when you play music it might be nice to have family friendly music playing not night club type music. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste 2 plus hours to get glasses and pay way more than you want to pay! wanted to update my review! I think it is a huge conflict of interest and dishonesty with the same staff whom I am making a complaint about are the next two people who make positive reviews!! The manager Alexus wrote 2 reviews and her sidekick whom is just as rude Audrey has wrote 4 reviews!! WOW cant get real customers to rate your work!! I wonder why you can't keep customers!! That is tacky to say the least about this place if thats how hard up they are to get a good review!!"
