"Way over priced and won't give me a receipt for my tow without charging me 25 dollars for it so I can turn it in to my insurance company stupid one should get a detailed receipt when they pay I will never use them again and I suggest that no one else use them either"
"Wes’s is the most ridiculous tow company anyone would have to deal with. They do everything to keep your car with them so that they can add additional $65 to your bill each day that passes. Our car was stuck just by the road and the police called them to come pull it out. First they said they only accept cash for a $175 bill. Who goes around taking such cash with them??!! So they had to take the car to their company. We went there the next day and they said the bill is now $375 (additional $200) and we need to go and get release papers from the police. We went to the police and the officer in charge called them that it was clearly stated on the paper we had with us and presented to them earlier that the vehicle was NOT impounded and should be released to us. Before we could sort all that out and drive back to their location, Wes’s said they have closed for the day. We had to go there the next day and they charge addition $65 each day that passes. The next morning, Wes’s asked for release papers from the police again when we got there!!! They said they can’t work with the confirmation they got from the police the previous day. Imagine???!!!! We had to drive to the police again. The officer too was disappointed for their unnecessary actions. Absolutely worst car towing company ever!!"
"I RECOMMEND C&J TOWING. THIS COMPANY LEFT ME HANGING FOR 24 HOURS, YES A WHOLE DAY. THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP CALL IF I HADNT CALL THEM. I WAS THE ONLY ONE CALLING. I CALLED C&J TOWING AND THEY CAME UNDER 30 MINUTES, I HAD TO TIP THE GUY CAUSE I WAITED 6 HOURS FOR WES BEFORE I DECIDED TO CALL ANOTHER TOW. AND A WHOLE DAY WENT BY WITH NO ONE CONTACTING ME FROM THE WES TOWING COMPANY TO SEE IF I STILL NEEDED THE SERVICE OR IF I HAD THE SERVICE THAT I REQUESTED FROM 9AM IN THE MORNING . SO IF I HADNT CALL C&J TOWING, MY CAR WOULDNT HAVE EVER GOTTEN MOVED THAT DAY."
"I needed my car towed really quickly and Wes's Service took great care of me. The driver arrived within 15 minutes of my call, was very courteous and got my car to the mechanic. The Customer service provided by Melanie was awesome. This company came thru in the clutch!!!!!"
