"Staff members have their good days and bad days. Some are rude some are to rushed to understand what the customers problem is. Filing a dispute with Ashley and being told to consider it a loss and getting hung up on is not appropriate. This is the worst service I have had this is my money not theirs. Also atms are always down or take ages to load or do a transaction I will be going somewhere else. My complaint wouldent matter even if I did file one. Once again thank you for hanging up on me and telling me to consider it a loss how rude."

"The staff are friendly and helpful. The ATM is hit or miss though. I used to go to use their ATM at 6:30 Friday mornings. Sometimes it worked fine, and other times you go through the whole process to be told "your transaction can't be completed at this time." Since all the Speedway gas stations ATMs are also BMOs I bypass the bank's ATM and just go to the gas station. They are also quick at locking your card if they think there's fraudulent activity. They issued my new card as I waited. No need to wait for it to arrive in the mail. In 20 mins, I was walking out with my free new card in hand."

"Horrible banking experiences. Forget about using the app, it's useless. Nothing but one problem after another trying to access MY money! Direct deposit and still waiting 2 days to access my account. Disputed charges EVERY month. RUN to any other bank and avoid the headache!"

"The atm ate a large amount of money I tried to deposit. They said they couldn’t do anything about it since they don’t count the atm. I had to wait 10 days for them to fix it which caused my account to go negative since i has things pending. I was charged a $75 NSF fee because my account was negative on their doing."
