"Asked to not give my dog allergy an allegory shot, they gave them to her anyways and she ended up losing a lot of fur on her butt, and underside after the appointment. She’s deaf and I wanted to get her nails trimmed bc every time she jumps she cuts us with her nails, I asked dr.Brock smith to put a muzzle on her bc she doesn’t like her nails being trimmed. He assured me she’s be fine and made me hold her neck while he trimmed one nail and almost got me bit. He then proceeded to do another nail making her bleed and made me almost get but again. He then proceeded to tell me he was done dealing with her. (As she’s bleeding from her nails) WILL NOT be going back. I called to complain and I was proceeded to be told by an older lady on the phone. It was my fault she lost her gut and my fault she didn’t get her nails done all the way."

Love the old school vibe and how right to the point Dr.B is and Karen is amazing . So cheap I was shocked they are just wonderful people who truly care!!"
