The vet came in, had no compassion. Most places knowing it is the worst day with your pet wouldn't have you wait. We also came in and exited the same front door. Terrible after such an emotional time. I have had to put down several dogs in my life. My appointment was set for a specific time. The tech and vet were ready and there was compassion. I would never ever go to this practice."
