She made him feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff greets you when you arrive with your pet all of them are so helpful. I had recently rescued a 7 year old Shitz Zitu and it was time for his shots. Wow he walked in and he loved all the attention the girls were giving him. They weighed him and he was 4 lbs over weight. He got his shots and the Dr spent time with Benji, checked him over from his head to his tail. I was very impressed with all the attention that Benji received today. It was the BEST I want to thank you all. :-)"
