"Super friendly staff. I had a family watch sent out for repair. It looks amazing now. Pricing seemed fair, although I admit it's my first watch repairing. It came back on time and on budget. It's not a huge shop, but plenty of clocks, watches, and jewelry to peek at. It's welcoming in there, staff is available, but they don't smother you every five minutes for service...you don't feel like they're looking for commission. Will definitely return for any repairs and perhaps to check out a new watch for myself in the future."
