"My dog was due to update her vaccinations. I scheduled a drop off appointment and was told that it would be 1.5-2 hours so I planned my day and work schedule around that time frame. After almost 3 hours had gone by I called and was told that they were running behind and that my dog wouldn't be done until 3 p.m. and I wasn't available to pick her up until closing. They did not contact me to notify me of this schedule/pickup time change. Also, the next day my dog now mouth warts after visiting this location."

"The staff is friendly, compassionate, and simply amazing. They take the time to get to know our dog so that they can provide the care that is needed. Every interaction we have had with someone from this facility has been good. It had been obvious to us that they genuinely care for our dog and its well-being. Making an appointment is easy. The option to be able to drop off and pick up later is very convenient."

"The most horrible experience ever, I spent 45 min talking to a suppose vet only to try and convince me to euthanize my cat, very unprofessional and is the reason why I trust no one, I wouldn't recommend them at all, my cat is doing better without them. Updated my phone number said they called me soon after I dropped him off but never did, I had to call them 4 hrs later. And charged me $800 for such a poor experience."

"I have been going to this location since 2007 (it was absolutely AMAZING when Dr. Johnson was there), however; since he left I can't say that anymore! You take your pet in for an appointment and express a concern and basically get told "that's not what this appointment is for". I will say Angie at the front is awesome but Michelle on the other hand well I'll just say I can't say that about her and I hate it when I go in and she's there! Actually it may be time to get rid of Banfield for all 5 of my dogs and move on to an office that shows they care about your animals where you aren't treated like a number!"
