"The staff and doctors are great! Doc Jess recommended a specialty eye clinic for our dog to have what appeared to be benign eyelid tumors removed and they were absolutely the best. They have always been great with the recurrent health issues with our dog as well and generally always very responsive in either getting her in quickly or getting her meds. Doc Bob even stayed late one night to run a test for her 30 min after he is normally gone. I put 100% trust into this office with how they treat both me and my dog! So glad we found this vet."

"Saw Doc Jess, my 40 pound dog growled ONE TIME, they muzzled her right away... SHE has never bitten anyone at all. They never tried to have her warm up to them, they just came at her trying to get her visit over as fast as possible. They never put her on the table they did their exam on their DIRTY floor against the wall! They never looked at her teeth to make sure she was okay, they barley gave her an exam. They looked in one ear for about 1 second. They gave her shots but not fully convinced they fully went in because later that day where they injected the shot was ALL sticky.... $32 for a stool test that we NEVER got the results back for, and they charged me $5 dollars for disposing of the stool. We have been go to this office for years. I have watched the place go down hill. The staff has gotten rude, the only good doctor that I know of is Doc Bob! They do not put any money back into the office the place smells of pee, the baseboards are coming off the walls. All the money they are making are going into their pockets."
