"Would give 0 stars if I could. After cancelling my 2 previous appointments, I show up 15 minutes early for this one and sit in the waiting room for over an hour with no explanation. I doubt this review will change anything but this entire experience has been going on since June 2020 and zi have finally had enough!"

"If you have a choice, go elsewhere. This is the poster child for medical entitlement. Zero concept of customer service. The primary doc was less than useful. No communication about when appointments were, no communication about the results of the pointless study they ordered. Had I not been diligent in asking for information they never would have communicated. But sure as the sun rises they send the bill. WE ARE NOT CATTLE...WE ARE CUSTOMERS. This concept is completely lost on all of the staff we dealt with. There may be worse places but it’s hard to imagine how."

"Heaven forbid you need to reach someone in the sleep lab in a hurry when it's after hours, no one picks up the damned phone!"

"I have been a patient here for the past three years. I have always had a great experience with the staff and physicians here. The nurses take time to listen and make you feel at ease. Dr. Rodrigues and his NP Lynne both make you feel at ease and are more than willing to discuss any issues you might have. I am much happier here than I ever was at Deaconess Sleep Center."

"Kindness and compassion is there motto and they live up to every word of it. I went here for what I thought could have been carpal tunnel. It was heavy duty pain and I didn't want to waste a minute so I came into the ER. I came into there quickly and it was not busy at all that night I was in and out within 20 minutes. It ended up just being tendentious and I was sent home with instructions but, they were kind and compassionate."
