"Curtis is open, friendly and very professional! He cares which I was impressed that he listened and made me feel valued. The new receptionist is not as approachable as Lori was! Lori made me feel valued and was open and listened to what I had to say! The new Lady is gruff and makes me feel like I am a bother. She can come across harsh and uncaring as I noted with the way she has treated me and other friends. She has had a negative impact on the environment I feel when I enter the facility. As for Roe! Amazingly helpful, kind and professional. She makes me feel valued and like I matter. I appreciate the way she does her job and the quality of care she provides! I have noted since Lori left a strange tension within Roe. Not sure if that is caused by a conflict between her and the new receptionist or by someone else at the facility."
