"Went in to ask about a ring repair. I had a ring that had broken in half on the back of the band. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and was called saying I needed prong work for a total of $89. (I only payed $70 for the ring ages ago. It white gold with very small diamonds.) I told the lady that I just wanted the band sauntered and no prong work. Wwnt to pick it up aand they didn't fix anything because they said my prongs are too bad. WTH... I do understand that they do not fix on site and send it to a jeweller, but come on...do they not have any knowledge at all? I will not be back."
