"When the store manager (kj) takes it upon herself to solder someone's rings together when it was never a part of their conversation nor was it ever anything they wanted. Then we're told it will be sent back and corrected and a week or so goes by and we're told the ring is back just to find out it was never actually sent back it was never corrected and then you asked to talk to the store manager and of course she's out no big deal but you leave her a message for her to contact you and figure out what she plans to do to make it right. Then she never returns your phone call so now I want to know who her manager is and who's going to fix this and make this right this is not exactly something that you can just act like didn't happen and then treat your customers the way that you are at this point this needs fixed with more than just a phone call. Super unprofessional all the way around"
